Lukas is a digital transformation leader with extensive experience in finance and controlling organizations.
He has held multiple senior roles within manufacturing and engineering industry. Throughout his corporate
career has been intensively observing how organizational behaviour influences efficiency and decision-
making. And at the same time, developed high cultural sensitivity during international working stays in Italy,
Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Mexico, and Romania.

Lukas holds Master’s degree in Finance, and is currently pursuing MBA in Digital Transformation and Data
Science @ WU Executive Academy.

External Partner – Interim Management

Juraj is a financial leader focused on improving business performance and processes. He has led finance
transformations, optimized capital structures, and improved reporting systems. Always partnering closely
with different stakeholders to guide companies through periods of changes and expansions.
 

Juraj holds Master’s degree in Business Economics from University of Matej Bel.
In his last position was a CFO @ ZKW Lighting Systems in Dalian, China.
